They try to control what you do at work and off work. Other Chickasaw casinos treat their employees much better.
There are some good supervisors but more that are not. They talk down to everyone and if they don't like you they will harass you till they make you quit or find a made up reason to fire you. Management are uncaring and think everyone is replaceable.
